It is at the Manor La Brière des Fontaines that Philippe HUET, joined by his nephews and niece in 2005,
perpetuate the family tradition begun in 1865 by the Great-grandfather.

Located on the Road of the Cider, in the middle of the Pays d’Auge, the Domain benefits from a soil naturally
favourable for the production of apples. The Calvados Pierre HUET manufacture and sell, according to very
strict criteria's, 4 of the 6 Normans AOC : Calvados Pays d’Auge, Calvados, Pommeau de Normandie and
Cidre Pays d’Auge.
