Our cider factory
produces a top-of-the-line product of 100% pure apple
juice. We use only apples which have been grown in
Norman orchards. Our products were rewarded in the "Concours Général de Paris" (the competitive examination of Paris): Gold medal in 1998 and 2000, Silver medal in 2001, 2002 and 2004. Although we use only traditional methods, our product is very stable and can be transported without any adverse consequences.
