  Ours is a family-owned company, based in the heart of the Calvados region, about 2 hours from Paris and 35 kilometers from Deauville. We have been producing Calvados (named after the department of Calvados) and Pommeau (an ap&eacuteritif) according to traditional methods for 5 generations.

We offer 2 different qualities of Calvados:
"Calvados d'Appellation Contrôlée" which is distilled in a tower, and the superior "Calvados d'Appellation Contrôlée from the Pays d'Auge" which requires fractional distillation in a copper still, called a "Charentais". The latter is sold in four different age categories:
XXX, Vieux, Vieille Réserve, Hors d'Age,
These are the same classifications as for Cognac. Pommeau is an apéritif made from Calvados and apple juice with 18 % alcohol, and is normally drunk very cold. Both Pommeau and Calvados are available in a variety of bottle sizes and styles and in presentation packs.
