  We produce a wide range of yogurts and dairy desserts.
As the milk comes from the adjoining farm, it doesn't have to undergo transportation or long storage. It is used in its natural state without being homogenized and then carefully pasteurized and processed according to traditional techniques.

The "Ferme des Peupliers" (Poplar Farm) obtains regularly Medals in the Agricultural Competitive examination.

Golden medal and of Bronze in 2005 and 2006, Silver medal in 2007.
