AU FRISSON NORMAND
(The Norman Shiver) is a family-owned company which is situated in the heart of Normandy in the Pays d'Auge. We use traditional methods to process the milk from our cows which feed exclusively on the grass of our pastures. Our high-quality products, is a direct result of the raw materials which we produce. We process the milk daily into ice milk (custard style) or milk jam (12 natural flavors). Why don't you try our "Sophisticated Apple" (apple-flavored caramel) or our milk jams. |
