Our dairy is
specialized in full fat soft cheeses from Normandy with
flowered or brush rinds. It processes about 34 million liters of cow's milk every year, most of which it produces itself. We can make and package small round cheeses such as Camembert and Coulommiers, square cheeses such as Pont-l'Evêque in 7 oz, 9 oz and 13 oz packages, or large round cheeses such as Brie in the 2.2 lb format. They can be packaged for custom slicing in front of the client or pre-packaged under your label or the Gillot label. |
