The "Gardens of Créances Company" is situated on the Cotentin Peninsula, a region
which is well-known for its carrots and fresh vegetables and which enjoys conditions
particularly suitable for market gardening - sandy soils, a mild marine climate, sea
breezes and sea spray...
Fed on seaweed, the carrots from Créances are covered with straw during the winter
and dug up on the same day as they are ordered.
Cauliflowers are grown in 'Val de Saire' area.
Leeks and turnips are grown in the all 3 areas.

We can assure you of the following:
