 The Tripes Paillard Company is almost one hundred years old and is specialized
 in the preparation of Norman dishes, essentially tripe-based dishes.

 Our production is centered around the local specialty: 
                  TRIPE A LA MODE DE CAEN (Caen-style tripe).
 As the Normans are especially demanding when it comes to cooking, 
 we use traditional recipes and modern production techniques.

  We use our know-how to meet all types of consumer needs by offering fresh,
