The Perault cheese
dairy was originally a family-owned and operated business
which was founded in the 1980's to process the milk that the family produced. Little by little the company developed its wholesale trade in its pizza products such as "Mozzafilla", "Mixtarella" and "Fondafilla". A company restructuring in 1993 brought about the total cessation of its farm activities.
