 The Perault cheese dairy was originally a family-owned and operated business which was founded
 in the 1980's to process the milk that the family produced. Little by little the company developed
 its wholesale trade in its pizza products such as "Mozzafilla", "Mixtarella" and "Fondafilla".

 A company restructuring in 1993 brought about the total cessation of its farm activities. Since that
 time the company has produced its goods on a large-scale level, while conforming to all norms
 placed on it by the European Union.

 Thanks to its many years of experience in the production of special products for pizzas and cheese
 products and to its great flexibility, it can produce specific products, tailor-made for the needs
 of its clients.
