We produce
Camembert which has been hand poured into molds with a ladle, creamery butter and crème fraîche. We use traditional production techniques in combination with a modern tool that has received a European Union Certification. Our Camembert received 5 gold medal (1992, 1993, 1994, 1998 and 1999) at the General Agricultural Competition held annually in Paris. |
