together in a common objective: to work out together the cider of
their soils and to make you discover it. Our selected orchards extend on more than 300 ha and more precisely on all the south from the Pays d'Auge, around Vimoutiers. Les Vergers du Pays d'Auge gave each other the means of their objectives: Personal investment of each producer, Permanent presence of a Master of wine storehouses The origin of each apple is known, the fruits are gathered with the hand, variety by variety. The apples soft, acidulous and soft bitter are skilfully associated to compose the vintages of brushing. In our cellars, the juice changes slowly and it becomes cider under the vigilant eye of our Master of wine storehouse. The various vintages are finally assembled after tasting to reach the subtle balance of the flavours and savours. Put in bottles, our cider naturally takes its foam before its final approval by an official jury of experts (INAO). |
