Cider from BAYEUX is
made by naturally fermenting the juice from carefully
selected Norman cider apples grown in the Bessin region (around Bayeux). Why Normandy? Because it's the region which produces the best ciders in France due to its geographical situation and its humid climate. Dry or sweet, it should be drunk chilled! The Viard cider factory is the only one to produce cider according to the traditional method used by the inventor of champagne, Dom Pérignon. |
